Flaha Agri Tech ("Flaha", "we", "us") operates the public website https://flaha.org. Contact: info@flaha.org, telephone +974 5517 6954, P.O. Box 33199, Doha, Qatar.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to the flaha.org marketing website, including the contact form. It does not replace privacy notices that may apply to separate Flaha software applications (for example FlahaCALC, FlahaSOIL or FlahaFAST) when you create accounts or process project data in those products.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
When you use the contact form or email us, you may provide:
- Name
- Email address
- Telephone number (optional)
- Division or product interest
- Message content and any project details you choose to include
3.2 Technical information
Our hosting provider (web server logs) may automatically process standard request data such as IP address, user agent, date/time and requested URL for security, reliability and diagnostics.
3.3 Analytics and cookies
We may use website analytics to understand traffic, page usage, and conversion events (for example contact form submissions and product link clicks). Analytics scripts are only included when configured at build time.
When enabled, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC). Google Analytics may set cookies and collect device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages visited, referral source, and interaction events. Google processes this data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services at Google's partner sites page.
Consent (Google Consent Mode v2, advanced): The Google tag may load so Consent Mode can run. By default, analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization are set to denied. Analytics cookies are written only after you accept via the banner or the controls in section 9. If you decline, storage remains denied; Google may still receive limited cookieless pings for modeling as described in Google's Consent Mode documentation. Advertising storage stays denied on this site. Your choice is stored in this browser (localStorage) so we do not re-prompt every page view.
We may also use lighter-weight tools (for example Plausible or Cloudflare Web Analytics) if configured; those focus on aggregate metrics with less personal data and are not used for advertising on this site.
4. How we use information
We use enquiry information to:
- Respond to your request and discuss services or demonstrations
- Route enquiries to the appropriate Flaha division or product team
- Maintain basic records of business correspondence
- Protect the website against abuse and spam
We use analytics data (when enabled) to improve the website, measure engagement, and understand which pages and calls to action are useful.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Contact form processing (Web3Forms)
Contact form submissions are transmitted to Web3Forms, which delivers messages to Flaha's configured inbox (form name: Flaha.org Contact Form). Web3Forms processes submission data as a service provider for delivery. Do not include sensitive personal data, payment card numbers, or confidential laboratory results unless necessary and appropriate for the enquiry.
6. Sharing
We may share enquiry information with:
- Flaha personnel who need it to respond
- Service providers that host the website or deliver form messages
- Analytics providers (for example Google, when Google Analytics is enabled) who process technical usage data as described in section 3.3
- Authorities if required by applicable law
7. Retention
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate business record-keeping, then delete or archive it according to internal practice. Server logs are retained for a limited operational period.
8. Security
flaha.org is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use professional judgment about what you send by email or web form.
9. Your choices
You may contact us at info@flaha.org to ask about enquiries you submitted via the website, or to request correction or deletion where applicable and feasible.
When Google Analytics is configured, you can accept or decline analytics cookies using the banner on first visit, or change your preference below. Your choice is stored in this browser only (localStorage) and sent to Google via Consent Mode (analytics_storage granted or denied). Advertising-related consent types stay denied.
10. Children
The website is intended for business and professional audiences, not for children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes awareness of the revised policy.
